Helianthus annuus 'Paquito Mix' , well known as the Sunflower is a low sunflower variety in various warm colours such as yellow, red, burgundy, rust, ... particularly suitable for mixed beds or in large pots, thanks to its small size: no higher than 75 cm. The plants branch out, so that the flowering lasts even longer. And of course this species is attractive to bees and butterflies. Flowers from July to September. Requires little maintenance, except for support for long stems.

Sow directly outdoors in April or May.

Native to North America, sunflower likes full sun and well-drained soil.
