Lobelia pendula is a low-growing, abundantly flowering plant with small flowers in shades of blue. This species is perfect for hanging baskets and pots.
Sow indoors from March to April, transplant later.
Blooms from June to October. Regular watering keeps the plant at its best.
Native to South Africa, it grows best in partial shade or even deep shade in well-drained soil. It can also grow in full sun but will quickly fail.
