An 'Oriental' sister of the well-known Lady in the Green, this time with small light yellow flowers. The subsequent characteristic seed pods are very popular for dried flower bouquets, they look nothing like those of the common N. damascena.
Sowing in a sunny, dry spot is absolutely essential for all Nigellas, as they do not tolerate any disturbance to their roots.
