Salvia sclarea , or clary sage, is a perennial plant with impressive, striking white bracts and a pleasant scent. This plant is often used in perfumes and as a medicinal herb.
Perfect for herb gardens, borders and natural gardens. Attracts bees and butterflies and has an ornamental value.

Sow indoors or directly outdoors in spring. Cover seeds lightly and keep soil moist. .

It prefers full sun and well-drained soil. It can tolerate dry conditions and grows to 1.2 metres tall.

Clary sage is native to Southern Europe and the Middle East.
