Borage or Starflower is a traditional kitchen herb producing clusters of sky blue small flowers over bristly, oblong leaves. The leaves and flowers are edible and the flowers are delightful as a garnish on salads and raw vegetable dishes. Borage is an annual but self-propagates easily. 40s
