At SILENE, we do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with our flower seeds and products. Below you will find our return policy, which has been established in accordance with Belgian legislation for online purchases.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Of course, we would like to know why the products did not meet your expectations. This withdrawal period begins the day after you have received the goods.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be observed:
- Unopened packaging: We only accept returns of seed packets that are unopened and in their original condition. Opened or damaged packages unfortunately cannot be taken back, as we can no longer guarantee the quality of the seeds in that case.
- Return request: Register your return within the 14‑day withdrawal period via our contact form or by sending us an email. After your notification, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
Refund process
Once we have received and inspected the returned products, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
