Order
Your order is very easy to place in the webshop. Select the products you wish to order, add them to your shopping cart. Afterwards, you will enter your contact details and billing information. Then, choose the method of delivery: shipping to a specific address or collection. Confirm your order by pressing the button labelled “place order”. You will then be asked to select your payment method and proceed to checkout.
The shipping costs vary by product and destination. You can make a selection at checkout, after which you can immediately see the costs that will be charged.
Shipping
The shipments are sent twice a week - on Monday and Thursday. We are a small company that makes, fills, and packs the seed packets ourselves for posting. We cannot offer a 'ordered today, delivered tomorrow' service, but we are committed to fast delivery. A delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel the purchase or claim compensation. SILENE is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during shipping. Incorrectly provided delivery addresses may result in additional costs for the buyer. In the event of loss of goods due to providing an incorrect delivery address, all additional costs will be charged to the customer.
