California poppy

Eschscholzia californica ‘Rosa Romantica’ is an elegant variety of the California poppy with soft, romantic flower shades. The silky flowers appear in hues of light pink to warm salmon pink, sometimes with subtle nuances that give the flower a refined appearance.

The fine, blue-green foliage forms a airy carpet from which the flowers emerge like small silky cups. The plants bloom profusely from late spring to well into summer and thrive best in a sunny spot in poor, well-draining soil.
