Rudbeckia hirta ‘Orange Fudge’ features striking, warm orange flowers with full, softly tinted petals and a contrasting dark centre. The flower shape is rich and decorative, with a slightly velvety appearance. This selection is derived from North American prairie plants that grow in open grasslands and along roadsides. ‘Orange Fudge’ is highly suitable as a cut flower and also stands out beautifully in natural borders and mixed flower arrangements. The flowers attract pollinators and retain their colour and structure for a long time, both fresh and when arranged in bouquets.
